Hey. Just found a new documentary video on the official website - thought I'd share. Go to: http://gearsofwar.xbox.com/, and it'll be on the front page. Or, go to herefor the HD WMV, or here for the SD WMV (Windows Media Player required).
Enjoy, and feel free to discuss.

"Making Gears 2: Every Gun Has a Story" (NEW Video)
"Embeded for your immediate viewing pleasure."I was going to do that, but I'm not a fan of Youtube's quality (especially when it's nice to see detail in a game). That's the reason I gave direct .wmv links as well. But, thanks.
Anyway, this video has tons of new footage. New maps, new weapons properly shown off, and a brief section with Skorge* (3:59-4:00), a completely bad-ass new Locust (think he might be the new "Raam").
* From what I understand, he's the guy below (in case you missed it in the video):

I like the status thing that pops up on the side when you do something that brings you close to an achievement.
Hahaha, hilarious. I love how they are talking with such enthusiasm about using guns in a video game as if this is 1993, and DOOM just came out.
"I like the status thing that pops up on the side when you do something that brings you close to an achievement. "I love how the game is shaping up. The ability to see who-downed-who now (notice in the bottom-left) should eradicate the "Was that my down?" scenarios; and of course what you mentioned should take care of the frustration from miscalculated achievements. It's these small additions that really rise my anticipation ... along with the big stuff, of course.

"So I watched the video and I realized that Predator locust will be playable online Becasue in the video he was the locust leader in the assissnation match."I noticed that too, but I found it weird in one scene where it was Hoffman vs. Locust in a chainsaw battle on a platform. They were heading towards each other, and I SWEAR the arrow was pointing at the soon-to-be dead locust -- who was clearly not Skorge. Even when he gets chainsawwed, it goes all crazy. Look out for it in the video (in the YouTube one above, it's 4:09-4:14).
Also, I want General Raam to be an option for the leader as well. He was cool ...

The arrow IS point at him.
But he is dead...
