How T.O saved my life.
I read about this a few hours ago, hopefully this will get the media off of him and stop making him sound so bad.
Wow, he seems like a pretty nice guy. I've never heard of him before, but he gets my props just for doing that.

Really. You must not be from America. Cause about a year ago he was all over the news. Hes an american football player, known for his cocky swagger and td celebrations. Hes one of the best recievers in the league though.
I dont lke him as a person, but I cant compplain about his playing ability on my team. He is on his second strike, and he knows that. He is trying to pull it together now that he likes his team.
I like that the journalist acknowledged the fact that T.O. gets so much flack from the media.
Journalism is now another word for sensationalism. It's the sizzle that sells. Dude is a football player - yes kids look up to athletes but that doesn't mean they should be a moral compass for humanity. I'm not surprised that he did something nice, it's the humane thing to do. I don't like how the public get their perceptions of celebrities from the media and how people will tear down an actress or an actor based on their looks just to feel better about themselves.
these people are people too.
Good for TO
"I like that the journalist acknowledged the fact that T.O. gets so much flack from the media.Best point all day. It doesn't say anywhere in his contract that he needs to be a good role model. But still he gets all the crap from the media for not being one.

I don't want to start a raging debate here, that was a beautiful story, but if Joe Schmoe next door saved someone's life it would be just as important and far less publicized.
This isn't about T.O. or sports fans or any of that shit, but isn't it kind of depressing to any of you that someone doing the right thing is news to us? Like it just doesn't happen anymore. Sorry to poo on the love parade here, I do love me some T.O., just felt like putting that one out there as obvious as it may be.
"A lot of football players get unjust negative media attention. Have you guys also heard of all the mortgage's Warrick Dunn has paid for complete strangers?Yeah I remember hearing a story last year on Fox or ESPN of a player who switched teams wanted his old number and offered to pay the current player for it. Instead the player had the guy pay for a house for a victim of Hurricane Katrina. Unreal.
I wish this stuff made the news more than the negative things.
