    Overview

The concept of a game title announcer is as much as its name implies. A voice on the title screen announces the title of the game. Not to be confused with games where a character says the game's title in dialogue. Some games may feature multiple announcers and will cycle through them or select one at random each time the title screen appears either during the attract loop or when the game is booted.
