Jorgen Von Strangle is the strongest and toughest fairy that he owns Fairyworld and the highest ranking officer like he's the boss to Cosmo and Wanda.
Von Strangle has herculean strength like he resembles G.I. Joe, a legendary solider of the United States Army and he quite a bad temper towards Timmy as he granted soo such wishes to his godparents where has a book called 'Da Rules' written by the fairy council where Timmy's expenses and wishes are too much for him, he must take his fairies away forever.
Despite of that Jorgen seemed to warm up to Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda and he has become more of an ally than an adversary. He even admitted that Cosmo, Wanda, and Timmy were his closest friends.
He had his love interest to the Tooth Fairy, married her in episode Teeth for Two and became his wife.
