Seems like it's gonna be a pretty good month. I already played Transistor and Yakuza 4 but everyone who hasn't should check them out. Apotheon looks interesting as well.

If the US update gets Rogue Legacy, I'll be happy.

Play Yakuza 4. Play Transistor. They are amazing games.

I saw Yakuza 4 and thought it was Yakuza 5 so this is automatically the most disappointing month of PS+ ever for me.

Glad I held off on picking up Transistor in the last Steam sale, I really wanted that one on a big screen because purdy.

@gooiegreen: They've had the same content for EU and US for a few months now, will probably be the same again for the foreseeable future.

I'm reeeaaally excited to be able to get Yakuza 4 and Transistor for free. Been wanting to play both of those badly. Don't know when I'll get to it but at least I can just have them

Transistor was my GOTY 2014 and Rogue Legacy is GREAT. Just Apotheon for me this month I guess :X

Don't have a PS4 and already have Yakuza 4. At least Rouge Legacy is something I have been planning on getting that I can now play.

I believe they said back when they first synced them up a few months ago that from here on out it's the same content being sent out to both territories. The only countries that won't get these games in the EU zones are ones that the games aren't available in, those countries get other games instead.

Confirmed by Sony's blog that the US releases are the same.

Yep, definitely upgrading tonight then. The Swapper, Infamous and Transistor sounds like a rather spiffing download queue to me. Does anyone know if this is also the PS4 version of Rogue Legacy?

@gatehouse: It's crossplay across all three systems, so you get a copy of it for everything.

As the only person in existence who seemingly liked that Thief reboot, free is a good price for it.

I only got to take one month off of PS+, alas.

Wow, great month. Already bought Transistor day 1 but excited to finally try Rogue Legacy. Apotheon looks really cool too.

Even if you don't own a system you can still purchase the downloads from plus so that they are available to you when you do get them.

Cross-buy is the greatest thing about the Playstation ecosystem.

Looks like a pretty solid list to me. Weird that there is no cross-buy on Thief for PS4 but I don't exactly have much interest in that game anyways so whatever.

I hope we get Apotheon.

@fredchuckdave: I wrote something up about it last year sometime, but it's not as much like Dishonored as some are likely to say it is. As long as you're expecting a stealth-ass stealth game with an entirely forgettable story and some questionable design choices you'll do just fine.

I kind of enjoyed Thief for what it was but then again I generally enjoy stealth games more than most people. It wasn't great and certainly didn't live up to the expectations the name might have generated but it's free. Though I don't know how the PS3 version is, only played it on PC.

Yay Transistor! I can finally play it. Apotheon has a great art style, I feel like I've seen very little about that game

Definitely getting Rogue Legacy and I'll try Apotheos. . . Apallon . . . Apath . . . That Greek Looking Game because it's free.

@arbitrarywater: I really liked Tenchu 2 and Alien: Isolation so it shouldn't be too bad.

Already got Transistor, but this sounds like a great excuse to finally give a Yakuza game a real shot. Also Rogue Legacy has been on my to-try list for awhile. Might as well give Thief a shot as well, although I have to wonder how well the PS3 version holds up.

@lawgamer: I can't tell if you're serious or not about Transistor, but you'd have to be stupid or crazy to "skip" it when it's free. (Especially now that they've made it so easy to add these games to your library on the PS4.)

Well, I'm never buying an indie game again. Been burned too many times where I buy a game like transistor or rogue legacy full price and it ends up coming to PS plus.

Three games I'm actually excited to play! Great! And I guess I'll at least try Yakuza and Thief.

@rongalaxy: To each their own, but I have no problem buying good games early. I bought Transistor day 1 and I don't regret it, because I got to play it and enjoy it back when I was most excited to play it.

Indie games aren't expensive. By the time they become free on PS+ enough time has passed that any full priced retail game would have dropped at least the same $15-20 (or more) that the entire game would have cost.

I just to bought Yakuza 4 over the weekend lol. Oh well its probably still money well spent.

Great month. I wish I still had my PS3 for Yakuza 4. I've been wanting to check out Transistor and Apotheon, too.

Another "whatever" month for me. Here's hoping for March I guess.

I already bought 2/3 of the PS4 games and I'm not even mad. More people that play Transistor, the better.

@little_socrates: I strongly disagree. I don't value my games solely on the number of consecutive hours I can spend playing it. That's not why I play video games.

Both types of games should exist as part of this service. I want variety in my options. Hell, if anything it's those more finite experiences I've gotten more out of through PS+. Those are the ones I'm more likely to play to completion and be left satisfied. If for whatever reason I hadn't picked up Transistor yet that's a way more exciting addition to me then Pix the Cat or Luftrausers, games that I only play for a few hours and then probably never touch again.

Feeling a lot better about selling my copy of Yakuza 4 now. I guess this is my second chance to really get into it before the new one comes over!

D'aw, I just bought Rogue Legacy literally days ago. Great game! I'm excited to finally play Transistor, too.

Apotheon looked really cool but for some reason I'm more excited to try out Yakuza 4. I have never played one of those games besides the demo for 3.

Rogue Legacy cross buy will be beautiful. Being able to play it on PS4 and Vita is just incredible. I love that you can do that now.

Has Rogue Legacy been a PS+ game before?

Awesome month, especially for PS3. What little I played of Thi4f (I'll never let go of that amazingly dumb name, even if the devs did) was actually pretty fun, Yakuza is a series I've always wanted to try, and I had to stop playing Rogue Legacy because this laptop has weird issues with it.

PS4's not blowing my skirt up (although Transistor is a great game), but I've got so many backlogged Plus games, among others, to keep me busy when my PS4 arrives that a weakish month is actually a relief.

I'm jealous that PS3 gets Yakuza 4 and I'm stuck with that turd Transistor.

Apotheon seems interesting, at least.
