    I hope we get Apotheon.

This same list has been confirmed for NA, too.

    Saweet.

Been excited for that game what feels like years now.

Will be great to finally play Rogue Legacy and a Yakuza game. Nice month February turned out to be.

@oldirtybearon: lol have you played Transistor? Anyway it's a free game you don't have to download, you ain't stuck with it. Either way Apotheon for the win. Look how cool it looks!

    Pretty cool!

Might have to try out Transistor, I have the soundtrack by Ashley Lynn Barrett and Darren Korb but I thought it was a PC only title.

@geraltitude: Yeah, I played Transistor back during release on my PC. I... did not like it. Did not enjoy it. Found it obtuse, and the combat left a lot to be desired. Sure was pretty to look at, though.

Apotheon does look interesting. So there's that, at least.

Do you need to play the other Yakuza games to understand? From what I've seen they can get pretty crazy and I've always wanted to try them out.

No, you don't. They include recap videos for 1,2 and 3 but you don't even need those. The story is almost entirely focused on new characters and the protagonist of the previous games is the least important of the four main characters.

Man, I just bought Transistor last week. I used that 10 percent discount on that and Gat Out of Hell, talk about poor timing. Oh well, I'll gladly take a Yakuza game to ease my misfire. Haven't played any of that series since the PS2 ones.

In the same boat. I'm just hyped tons of people get a chance to play Yakuza 4 now.

Own Rogue Legacy, Transistor and Thief (and Thief is pretty alright for "free"). Hopefully Apotheon plays as good as it looks. I'm hyped to give Yakuza 4 a crack. :D

Drives me insane that people keep PS+ games "free." They aren't free. We pay money for PS+ and in return we receive games and online functionality. Not free. I could not care less about playing online so I wouldn't even have PS+ if I did not receive games in return.

I'm pretty excited, I didn't get much out of January. Both Thief and Yakuza are something I wanted to try out. Even if I don't like Thief, I'll probably like Yakuza.

Hey, I preordered Thief on PC, despite not owning a machine capable of playing it. So I'll get to try that.

Something weird happened to me with Transistor.

I played through the whole game in a sort of bored haze and then decided to play it a second time (god knows why. Think I had the flu at the time).

I think the difficulty in that game is really, really horribly designed. The second play-through changes things up in places and with the (optional) difficulty modifiers actually makes the combat a tactical experience. It boggles my mind in a way since I think once you figure out how to make the game fun it's very fun. But you should need to figure that shit out. Not exactly a ringing endorsement I know, but I did enjoy my time in the end.

@geraltitude: I'm quite sure those difficulty modifiers were there on the first playthrough too. It's basically like Bastion, you can make it as hard or as easy as you care to. I always had as many of those modifiers turned on as I could handle. Having them all turned off is like playing on casual basically.

Yep they definitely are, but I think the mixed up enemy groups in the Recursion mode made a bigger change for me.

Mostly I just don't like the concept at all. You have to unlock the difficulty as you play. You should just have the modified from the start. Why do I need to be bored for 10 hours before unlocking enough modifiers to have fun, you know what I mean?

I totally get what they are trying to do and it's a different spin on difficulty, but it didn't work for me in Bastion and it was worse in Transistor. But like I said. I played that game twice. Platinumed it even. The combat is great, but I disagree with the design.

PS+ is $49.99 a year. That's ten dollars less than the average brand new game.

PS+ gives you six free games a month across three different platforms. There are twelve months in a year. 12x6=72. PS+ gives you 72 games a year for less than the full price of the average new release.

I'm........pretty sure at least most of those qualify for the title of "free." People can call them free if they want.

You are have successfully argued that PS+ is a good deal, which nobody has denied. It is not free.

Yes, please can call them free if they please. And I can call those people wrong.

Still have no ps4, but sure am happy to get a big collection of games for it for when I finally get one. And the cross buy feature is fantasic, cause now I get Rouge Legacy for the ps3 and yakuza 4 and thief, even though that game isn't all that great. My ps plus backlog is too big, and I also have a ton of games I always get for cheap during the many psn sales. I will never finish them, lol.

I played a Yakuza 3 demo once, it was very wonky. Only japanophiles can see past the glaring flaws.
