A lot of people tend to equate the success of SEGA with the success of Sonic Team developed games. This is not accurate. SEGA has released so many great games that have nothing to do with Sonic. As an example, here are some upcoming SEGA titles that look promising:

• Valkyrie Chronicles
• Madworld
• Bayonetta
• Stormrise
• Golden Axe: Beast Riders

• Panzer Dragoon Orta
• Jet Set Radio Future
• Outrun 2006
• Virtua Fighter series

I'd be diggin a new Jet Set Radio. What I really want is a new Panzer Dragoon on Wii. I could just see it being so damn sweet.

The way I see it, your aim reticule would be set up like it is in Resident Evil 4 on Wii. Point and shoot basically. The D-pad would control which angle the camera is facing

Well of course they equate Sonic with Sega, he is the mascot! Would a Nintendo console really be Nintendo if a Mario game wasn't there?

But I agree, there are many different Sega developed games that are all awesome and do tend to get overlooked. Just looking at the line up of games coming, besides Beast Rider, there dosn't really seem to be anything traditionally Sega on the horizon. Then again, it's good they are creating new and interesting games, like Madworld, rather than making constant sequels!

Sega's one a true mascot is Alex Kidd. NEVER FORGET!

The Dreamcast was so dope for it's time. Sonic is Sega but I'm glad the whole, "You have to have a mascot," thing went away.

Sega really just needs to take Sonic away from Sonic Team. They've proven again and again they have no idea what they're doing. Unleashed is probably their last chance not to screw it up, so if they don't pull it off this time, it's all over for them.

Just let Dimps make them all from now on. Those guys can make Sonic games.

Sega always seems like they are at the verge of some new age of awesome but until now everything never seems to pan out.
