Sorry for necro-ing the thread, everyone. I just love discussions like this and wanted to add my own two cents. Incoming attempt to make it more worthwhile:
Chie wins for me because she's the one I'd love to date in real life. An awesome chick who's caring, feels a strong need to help others, awesome enough to kick monsters into outer space, and would love just chilling out and watching an old action flick in front of the TV? Sign me up. It helps that she gets all flustered when romantics come into play, just like my real-life girlfriend. And she still looks good on top of it.
Rise probably comes in second for me. Didn't really consider her a romance interest when she first came in because she was constantly flirting and pretty much stated to be the hottest one, which screamed flaky to me. But warmed up to her a lot once I actually got to know her.
Yukiko's last, because while her romance is cute, she doesn't have much going on outside of that. We usually just hang out at shrines or on a park bench. I feel like being with her in real life wouldn't be that interesting in a romantic context. She's a great friend and I love the laughing fits but that's about it.
Naoto is reserved for Kanji by order of law so she doesn't qualify.
