Listening to podcasts is definitely the way to go in terms of distracting yourself during exercise, though the type of podcast is crucial. The first time I listened to the Exorcism of Cake Boss episode of Comedy Bang Bang was on a run and I had to lie down because I was laughing too much and it made it hard to breathe. More gentle conversational shows really hit the sweet spot.

It's funny to think of Limp Bizkit having nuance. Limp Bizkit is fuckin' Shakespearean compared to that shit.

Ok, I know people are already mad at the lack of video game content on the site, but I would be SO DOWN for a Jess and crew exercise feature. Actually, there's need not be a conflict. Probably technologically and logistically difficult not in a studio, but it'd be fun to see if good company and some video game fitness actually helps keep you exercising. Ring Fit, Wii Sports, Dance Central, DDR, (Fru!, but you need another human). I'm sure Jan and Jeff have some of these things laying around too, so they could join in.

Popcorn is my favorite food and growing up our microwave would make our specific brand perfect with minimal unpopped kernels and no burns at 2:22. Not 2:20, not 2:25 and this was after dozens of successful bags. I use 2:22 to this day no matter how weird it looks to people

I used to have trouble waking up but then I switched my alarm tone to that Hot Dance 98 version of Block Rockin Beats 4-5 years ago. Never failed me.

I buy Premium to download the video and watch Jess reactions to Jans CD of covers over and over and over again. Its a delicious form of surprise bad taste reactions that youtubers only dream of. Subscribing for another year.
