This was some crazy fun! Loved how everyone went from old man not knowing what everything was to being totally in to it.

So pleased the crew have realised how much fun Fortnite is. I started Fortnite around the start of pandemic, I felt initially I was playing it in secret whilst all my friends played the hardcore games. Well now I will hear no slander against Fortnite. There aren't many games as service that are adding new FUN mechanics to the game with as much frequency. And I truly appreciate being able to shoot Star Wars, Marvel and weird anime characters in the face with a .50 calibre (epic) sniper rifle as the xenomorph from Alien.

Woah so they made this game even worse somehow. You guys made it fun to watch though.

Like the Ranking of Tekken Endings, this is a weird idea that rules. Do more weird stuff, please.

@masterofchaz: Same, I started playing in April 2020 when I couldn't meet friends in person. I've put over 1200 hours into Fortnite since then and it's been consistently fun both on my own and with friends.

Fun stream. Not a big fan of John Cena and not a big fan of Fortnite or battle royals in general, though Apex Legends is the best of the lot. I played it when it first came out and liked it. But after it became this huge thing with celebrities and corporatism, I fell off of it hard. This low key promotional video didn't change my mind. But again, fun stream. I still find it funny how the original intention for the game had nothing to do with it being a battle royal game.

The Fortnite art style really makes me miss PUBG (via Giant Bomb streams). I know it ran its course, it's more limited and it was quite samey but I feel like Fortnite is just way too cartoony.

Every time I've played Fortnite I've enjoyed myself, but the shooting mechanics just don't feel great. Will still take PUBG or Apex any day over it.

I got into Fornite last month and genuinely love it, like a 5/5 game for me. I did not like PUBG or Warzone at all and got tired of Apex. Fortnite is so much more simple and fun, recalling early '00s multiplayer games like Unreal Tournament and Battlefield 1942 where people weren't super competitive and just wanted to goof off. I think it's so healthy to have games like this mainstream where it's not always about "I have to get to platinum level!" although it does have that too I guess if you want it.

I too started playing Fortnite a couple months ago when they added the no-build mode and it's super fuckin fun to play with friends every night. Hope to see the duders compromise other teams to a permanent end more often.
