The problem with some of these recent teardown/rebuilds of applications/websites/operating systems is that they're not doing it for broader usability and only partial legacy features when its convenient.

Things will make it out of betas where these kind of "why would you do something that made it impossible to add something 6% of your userbase uses every day?" questions get ignored suffer from general winnowing down of features and customizability. It was bad with Windows 8 and its only getting more common.

The Facebook one is interesting, as I've all but stopped using it for any of the friend/family stuff but it's used a lot by hobby and special interest groups, especially local ones where something like a Reddit community is too dispersed.

I wish I could delete my facebook, I did a fair number of years ago but for a couple years now I've had to make a new one just to use for work communication and updates..

YouTube always follows trends but it is definitely the oldest, most used social media out there.

First YouTube video is from 2005, almost 20 years of domination.

Now that I've finally caught up, I have to know: Is this show coming back? The line-up page says it's still active, but. . .wha happun?
