I have been having issues downloading from steam since last night. I have fiber internet and I can download up to 100MB/s. Steam is being EXTREMELY slow right now, currently downloading XCom-2 at about 1-3MB/s and sometimes hitting into the kilobytes are just hitting 0 completely for a few moments. I took a speed test before making this post and it all seems fine there. I also downloaded a game from The Blizzard App and that topped out at just under 90MB/s which is normal for that. I even switched download servers from Phoenix to LA but back to Phoenix after that didn't solve the issue. So I'm wondering if this just an issue with all of the steam servers. Anyone else getting jank ass download speeds right now?

Do you have Verizon? We've had issues with Steam downloads the last couple of days too and wasnt sure if it was part of the anti net neutrality bs Verizon has been pulling lately.
