Super Animal Royale is a top down multiplayer survival-shooter developed by Pixile Studios. 64 players choose an animal and ride on a genetically modified eagle before parachuting down to the island below. Upon landing, players must scavenge for weapons and items to help them survive to be the last animals alive and reach the top of the food chain.
The game is set on an island that was once a safari park called "Super Animal World" where visitors could experience unique attractions starring genetically modified animals. Scientists at the Super Animal World Research Facility were able to successfully combine human and animal DNA to give life to the game's starring characters, but after a mysterious disaster, the animals escaped.
After a years long containment effort, the owners of Super Animal World are left bankrupt and attempt one final business pivot to save the company: a battle royale tv show to see which animal triumphs once they have weapons in their paws.
