Angel who is often counted amongst the seven great archangels. His name means "One Who Seeks God" and is himself credited with leading the expulsion of Adam and Eve from Eden.
One of the highest angels in the hierarchy of heaven, Metatron is said to be "the voice of God." He is the divine form of the early Biblical patriarch, Enoch.
An archangel, Sandalphon is the brother of Metatron and the assumed transformation of the prophet Elijah. He is said to be so tall it would take 500 years to scale him by foot.
