BioShock 2 Out Nov. 3 In America, Oct. 30 in Europe

2K Marin's sequel-under-the-sea gets a firm release date, with a slight head start in Europe.

In addition to the slightly more surprising announcement of the next GTA IV expansion, The Ballad of Gay Tony, today's Take Two earnings call revealed a release date for BioShock 2. Or a pair of them, actually, with the game hitting stores in the U.S. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, and in Europe the Friday before, on October 30.

As we reported back in March, 2K has previously said it's planning to release the game simultaneously on all three platforms for which it's destined--PS3, X360, and PC--so hopefully it's still a safe assumption that whichever of those you like to play games on, you'll get to play it on day one.

If you haven't been keeping track, here's what happened last time we sat around and pondered BioShock 2.
