DJ Hero 2 In The Mix On October 19

It's an Air Force One!

If you're anxiously waiting for the next opportunity to break out your wheel of steel and get your turntablism on, you'll be happy to know that your wait is almost over. Today at Gamescom, an Activision representative confirmed to Joystiq that DJ Hero 2 will be out on store shelves on October 19 in the US and October 22 in Europe.

There's not a problem DJ Hero can't fix, cause it can do it in the sequel.

If you've already got your hands on an original DJ Hero turntable controller, you can pick up the game on its ownsome for $59.99. However, if DJ Hero 2 marks your first time as a digital DJ (or, I guess, as a fake digital DJ emulation), you can pick up a DJ Hero 2 bundle that ships with both the game and a turntable for $99.99. And if you're looking to use DJ Hero 2 as a jumping-off point to start your own rap-rock group, you can pick up the DJ Hero 2 Party Bundle, which comes with two individual turntable controllers as well as a microphone, providing you everything you need for the game's three-instrument multiplayer mode.

Of course, you may have more of a dilemma than simply deciding which package to purchase; DJ Hero 2 launches just one week before the October 26 release of Rock Band 3. That leaves you guys with an important question; Do you want the game that supports the keytar controller and the real-ass guitar? Or do you want two turntables?
