It's October, Clear Your Schedule

It's October, and we all know what that means.

I just realized the influx of this month too.  I already preordered Far Cry and Fable, and I am also planning on getting Fallout 3.  A lot of F's.

this is the answer to the stock market, have 2 awesome years for games and the purchases will revamp the stock market

Sigh... I actually had to save two months worth of fun money from my paycheck just to afford this month.  My brother wanted the Fallout 3 Amazon bundle with the bobblehead and Pip Boy, so when I ordered his, I thought, "Hell, it's a once in a lifetime thing.  I'll get mine too."  Then I realized I wanted Fable 2 and Saint's Row 2 as well... ridiculous, I say!  Not to mention that I'm sure I'll be buying some of the other games eventually, namely LBP, Order of Ecclesia, and Far Cry 2.  Between this and Christmas, I'm going to be a poor, poor man.

it sucks that im broke right now, oh well, i'll just get like 2 games out of that whole list (LBP and SOCOM)

LBP and Fable II are the only ones Im bothered about. Possibly might check out Fallout 3 but Im really unsure about it going on what I've seen so far.

Can't freakin' wait.

Blah, I only care about Fable II, all the others simply don't appeal to me, same with most games I have now. D=

I tend to only buy one game a month but for this month I'm going to make it almost one game a week.

As you can see I can't decide what I'm going to get on the 21.  Please help!!!

I still think 2007 was a bigger year. Look for Dead Space to be this year's Bioshock. The only two on my list are Dead Space and Fallout.

I'm getting LBP and Fallout 3 for my birthday, but after seeing some Dead Space for the first time, i really want that too, HUD-less game + scare-moments-that-look-better-than-Doom-3 = sort-of win.

LBP, Bioshock, Fallout 3 are for sure.  I don't know about the others though.  Farcry2 is a big maybe.  Socom is enticing with the mic deal and motorstorm looks good too but will it be so much different as the first?

I don't have the cash nor the time to play all of these right now (I still need to pick up burnout!)
The only 2 day-one games I'm going to be picking up are Fable 2 and Gears 2.

Saints Row 2, Dead Space, and Fallout 3 are all on my "buy used soon" list. If some extra dough comes my way maybe I'll pick one of those 3 up early; maybe I'll just pick up whatever one gets the better review first. Speaking of reviews have fun guys writing one for all of these games! And yes, I expect one up for all of them :)

I actually did the Sears catalog thing too.  You grew up on the east coast, right?  If so, we were in the same region.

We don't have Sears in New Zealand (do we!?), but a big Harvey Norman or DSE catalogue, adorned with tinsel, snow and christmas trees two months early will have a similar effect.

I'll only be buying LBP for now . If I had the $$ I'd be getting a 360, Fable II, Dead Space, and Socom Comfrontation (maybe).

An unbelievable month.  It looks like Fallout 3 could carry the whole pack.

I'll only be getting Fallout 3 and Castlevania. Don't have a PS3 yet (sadly) and im not getting guitar hero - I just dropped $250 on rock band 2 + equipment. maybe some other time. who knows.

Fable 2, fallout 3 fo sho. I also want deadspace but I think I can wait a little for that.....actually.....If if have any money then Im totally getting deadspace.

Holy hell.... I didn't realize it was that bad this month.  I could have gone on living happy and content while believing that only a few games were coming out this month.

Far Cry 2, Fable 2, Fallout 3 and Dead Space are the ones I am aiming for. If I have some left over money I will buy LittleBigPlanet. Hate having to answer the ultimate question... which console to get a game on :(

Must gets for me are Saints Row 2(360), Fable 2, Fallout 3(360), Dead Space(360), C and C 3 (PC) FarCry 2(360 or PC) Sacred 2 (PC, might get it for 360 aswell later) All are pre ordered months ago.
Maybes for me are LBP, and Fracture(360)  My main platforms are Pc then 360. Ps3 is my side kick, some must have games comming there as well. Just not right now. I know Resistance 2 is a must get for me as well.

Two of my most most anticipated games in 2008 hitting this month...rock.

Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, Far Cry 2 and Dead Space are the ones on my list to play :D

Must play Deadspace and Farcry 2, my son will be immersed in Fallout 3. Growing up in Torrance Ca., I lived by a department store called The Treasury and used to love to demo the Magnavox video games in the electronic department. You know the one with the plastic films you put over the tv screen!

I can't wait for LBP! I have been playing the beta as much as possible for almost a week now and it's awesome. I'm sure the full game will be even better!

Buying Fable 2, Fallout 3 and LittleBIg Planet. Dead Space is a must rent cause I'm renting Silent Hill now and it just makes sense for Halloween.

And isn't Jagged Alliance supposed to be coming out for the DS this month too?  If that's true, this is really a ridiculously good month for games.

My schedule is all cleared thanks to the f'in Cubs and the White sox..oh well, more time for Video games now!!

I want quite a few of those games, but will only be buying one of them this month.

LBP and Fallout for me. Those should keep me well tied up until Persona 4 is out in December amongst a slew of other things.
