I was expecting a Jeff stream of nothing but old games and Sega Anser

So Matt Pascual is doing 11hrs? 2am on Sunday is when daylight savings ends and we get an extra hour.

He should do something cool with the "ghost hour".

24 hour langtime, the internet isn't ready

really miss the 24 hour in studio efforts.

Awesome. I usually only wind up watching a couple hours out of these, but I admire the commitment.

yeah, I don't even watch the solo ones much as I loved the dynamic of long streams with multiple people most.. the group effort streams in studio were the best. Oh hell, just noticed no UPF either, jeeze.

I suspect that they only have one video producer there is hamstringing them, also Matt mentions that other staffers want to do streams later, I'm hoping to see the Brad stream there.

The first year of this without a Drew and Alexis stream makes me really sad.

It's likely Jeff and Brad will do streams a couple weeks after Extra Life, that's the way it's been for the last couple years.

i think it's chill that they're still doing this event. i think the internet has changed a lot since the early days of "the duders" and there is a tremendous amount more video and live-streaming content on the site now. all of that takes a lot of effort which takes a lot out of a person. i appreciate the giant bomb gang for all that they do, though i did expect a "newby stream" with abby and ben for this year's extra life as a bit of a hazing. that being said, these are human beings and if they didn't want to wreck themselves for laughs then that's cool too :)

@loktarogar: I think it's more just that the weekend schedule filled up fast and there is also still a lot of other work to be done this weekend. The XBOX One X embargo is up Friday and COD is out the same day. I know everyone's into Extra Life, though, and hopefully we'll be able to schedule some streams later on. I'm personally planning on throwing up another 12 hours or so later this month, or maybe when everyone else around here is busy filming GOTY stuff.

I'm excited for Alex's billion hour drum session. I will probably leave Alex on a monitor while we're doing our own Extra Life stream (shouts, shameless pluggin'), which my happy idiots and I are doing with the help of some local developers and some guy who keeps talking about his video game wrestling federation. (PAX...RUMBLE? What's that?)

The Alex drumming marathon last year was one of the greatest Giant Bomb moments so really looking forward to that.

Sorry, I thought the stream schedule was all Pacific, but it was actually in Eastern according to the schedule. I adjusted the table above but you might need to flip these around a bit.

I updated the schedule to indicate that the times are in Eastern timezone and also to indicate that the stream from the East will have more than just Vinny on. We'll definitely do more stuff out west, too, and will let you know when we get times for those.

Hyped for GBEast and Alex's Rock Band stream. Hope Brad and/or Jeff do a home stream again before the end of the year.

This is such a wonderful effort by the site. It's unfortunate to not get piggies but really, people do have lives to lead and these are pretty intense marathons. Shouts to GB and everyone involved.

The Drew and Alexis stream will be missed, but hope the West coast shows up later on.

@badseed: You forgot to account for the fact that the US changes its clocks on Sunday morning. So Matt's stream ends at 4PM and Dave's is 4-4.

(I'd wager the caption that they're all standard time is in error)

Lack of GB West on the schedule really highlights Drew's absence. Thanks Drew for all you did, and thanks Jason for what you're doing!

@rorie: I assume this is just local time, i.e. taking into account the time change on Sunday? Because it does make a difference for some international users.

So who's on East besides Vinny? I'm guessing from the studio or?
