We don't know when PlayStation Network will come back online, but Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has provided a glimpse into what customers can expect in terms of goodwill gestures (aka freebies). What's available will vary region-to-region, but it wouldn't be a surprise if they were very similar.

On the European PlayStation Blog, we've learned Sony will offer up five different PlayStation 3 games and four PSP games. You won't be able to download all five, however. Instead, you'll get two from each.

The actual lineup hasn't been revealed yet--aka the most important piece of information.

Sony Computer Entertainment America wasn't willing to be as forthcoming about its offerings.

"We'll announce details of the Welcome Back program for North America in due course," the company told me this morning.
