Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight and I, @zombiepie, am honored to be your host again! Now that the insanity of PAX West 2018 has subsided, the site seems to be back in the swing of things. Hopefully you enjoyed the many informative and hilarious panels hosted during PAX. I have a few links for some of the panels Giant Bomb staffers attended that are not on the site. Likewise, with big-named releases like Marvel's Spider-Man and Shadow of the Tomb Raider coming out this week, users seem to be excited about video games! Additionally, with the release of Destiny 2's latest DLC, many appear to be returning to Bungie's massively online shooter. However, without further ado, let's address the site related housekeeping.
- If you missed the League of Heels "West Coast Wishes" show, here's a link to the archive. Let's just say "stuff" happened.
- Moderator @marino attended PAX West 2018 at took HUNDREDS OF PICTURES including panels such as Giant Bomb, Let's Rank It, Waypoint Radio, and The Improvised Postmortem! He took 45 pictures of Giant Bomb's panel alone.
- @patbaer hosted two PAX West panels that featured Giant Bomb staff members. The first being "The Improvised Postmortem PAX West 2018" which is a hilarious showcase of improvisational comedy from Dave Lang, Abby Russell, Ben Pack, and Jeff Gerstmann. Pat also hosted "Build With Baer Workshop LEGO Challenge," and if you wanted to watch Abby build things out of LEGOs that is the stream for you.
- Someone on YouTube created a playlist titled "Jeff Gerstmann Rants," and it is a hilarious trip down memory lane. If you need a good laugh, feel free to check it out.
