In better news, Jan announced they were promoted to the position of "Senior Producer" at Giant Bomb! Congratulate them in this new step forward with their career if you have not done so already! Speaking of Jan, their mother recently retired.
VoidBurger was the editor behind "The Very Online Show 05: Breaking Brendan Fraser" and while I feel like I say this every time, but this is her best work yet. If you have any civil and polite suggestions, please use the link above to send them her way.
Finally, here's your roundup of premium content from the past week in case you were worried about missing something. Also, some users are reporting that they are having a hard time finding premium audio/video on the site. Jan's advice is to select the "Premium Audio" in the drop down and the RSS button should generate a link to pop into your podcast service of choice! Here's a picture of what it should look like as you review the shows this week.

Also, the real OGs remember when Adult Swim's programming block was "The Midnight Run." If you remember that era of Cartoon Network, let me know in the comments and hold your VHS recordings of Trigun and Cowboy Bebop in pride. Oh god...
Straight from the @giantbomb Discord, many thanks to In Sacred Skies over there for this, here's a perfect cutout of @jeffgerstmann calling for a "HANDCHECK" during UPF. Feel free to use it for meme purposes! pic.twitter.com/pyfOQtL0tb— GB Duders Feed (@GBDudersFeed) September 4, 2021

imunbeatable80 took the time to give BioWare's Jade Empire a shot. Read why they do not think the game holds up as gracefully as other games in BioWare's wheelhouse. Likewise, they also played LocoRoco and had an easier time assessing how well it has aged over the years.
Moderator Mento played The Mummy Demastered and a little bit of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 3rd last month. What more can anyone ask for? Well, a lot more indie games apparently! Read all about their August using the first link! Likewise, Mento has a new episode of their Indie Game of the Week series on Giant bomb and this one is about OPUS: Rocket of Whispers! Use the link below to learn why it had enough of a story hook to maintain their interest!

Editing Giant Bomb's wiki is a thankless job, and editing images to have "clean" box art especially so (just ask Marino). Daniel_Newton has started a tally of every game page they have edited to have better box art on its wiki.

13 years after building Giant Bomb, Dave Snider finally has a Person page on the wiki. That's right. Hardcore Dave himself has a home in the annals of video game history. It turns out that Supergiant Games gave him a Special Thanks in both Pyre and Hades. Even Dave didn't know they did that!
