The fifth console entry in the Assassin's Creed franchise. It introduces the half-Native American, half-English Assassin Connor and is set in North America in the late eighteenth century amid the American Revolutionary War.
I just hope we get a full on Nathan Kenway game, hopefully about him switching sides and stuff as he was by far the most interesting character in III
@z3ro180: I think probably in a Vita game, but on consoles I think they've said that instead of a Brotherhood/Revelations focussing on one character, the next 2 games will be "The Kenway Saga"
Don't worry duder I'm sure he'll pop up in some memories. Altair showed up so there's precedence. I know most peeps are just gonna roll eyes and say "why so you can fall asleep?" but I doubt Ubi is just gonna sidestep Connor forever...
Will he be the main character of a game again though? No, probably not.
I liked that he was a very naive, idealistic young idiot. He believed being a part of the Assassins meant he was the hero, he was going to save the world and show the Templars that they were wrong the whole time and bring freedom to America, save his people and bring an end to senseless violence and promote peace in the New World and he wasn't going to let anything or anyone stop him from proving that. That tenacity is probably why he got so far, but it was interesting to see his ideals clash with all of the villains' because they were all world weary veterans with decades of experience behind them and when asked why he does what he does, all they can do is laugh and go "oh my god you are so DUMB." I can't disagree, but it's Connor's blind hope that endeared him to me.
Pretty much. Such a waste he was. So much potential to flesh him out but he is paper thin. Best to forget AC3 ever happened. I like the direction Ac4 seems to be taking. The navel combat was the only decent thing about that game.
@Jimbo I just liked his character plus it was different and awesome to play a Native American also I think there's plenty that they can do with him. I mean the made three game with ezio why not connor.

Ezio had a character and an arc, even if they were pretty by-the-numbers. Connor was a nonentity, just a competent and principled avatar for the player. He had a character arc like a flatlining EKG. The most exciting development in Connor's character over the course of AC3 was that he got a tricorn.
