I just finished the game last night on normal, didn't get any S ranks, I liked it but I'm not too interested in playing it over right away, and I have the act 4 DLC sitting there waiting for me tonight.

Yes

It's pretty disgusting that they made the "true" ending part of dlc.

But if you have it, you should definitely play it. Shit's freaking CRAZY.

I finished this game about a year ago now and I still haven't played or even looked up the true ending....I guess it's kinda too late now. But yeah, you should do it. Don't be like me! D:

I'm not talking about the DLC, episode 18 is part of the game, but you have to play 50 episodes or get 5 S ranks, neither of which sounds very appealing, though I guess the S ranks on easy should be doable as I was already getting As on normal. I do agree that having so much content locked in DLC sucks, but I only paid $20 for the game so I went ahead and bought it anyway.

OH I know what you're talking about. Yeah...it's pretty dumb. True 18 is basically exactly the same as regular 18 except there's like an extra 30 secs added to the cutscene at the end. Since you're just basically replaying the same thing, I don't think it's worth it unless you just want achievements/trophies.

edit: Anybody who doesn't know, what he's talking about here is the "true ending" that was for the game pre-dlc, where they had you replay the last level again (no changes to it whatsoever) and then add like 30 sec of cutscene at the end. It was very dumb. And all it really does is just stick a cliffhanger at the ending which didn't have one before. The "ture ending" for the dlc (Capcom made this more confusing than it needed to be) was pretty dope though.

Hell yeah, some of my favorite parts are in the DLC so get on that.
