Established in 1871, the Braves are one of the oldest teams in baseball history. Throughout the 90's the Braves were the most successful team in baseball in terms of winning seasons. From 1991 through 2005, the Braves captured the Division title in the East in the Nation League. The braves won the World Series in 1995 against the Cleveland Indians, however lost in the fall classic in 1991, 1992, 1996, and 1999.
The Braves currently play at Turner Field in Atlanta, a stadium originally constructed for the 1996 Summer Olympics.
