I bought this at GameStop for $10. No brainer for me, I had been eyeing it for awhile. I'm about 7 hours in, pretty good so far. So, anyone play this game?

think I got a good way through it once, it was pretty good(though I remember it getting fairly hard). Still need to beat it one of these days.

One of my favourite games from the Gamecube.  The music is wonderful, and I rarely pay much attention to music.  I had the great irritaion of once completing the firtst disc and then the memory card corrupted.  Man, I was so pissed off.  Much is my love of the game, I went back and did it again.  I also suggest that you get Baten Kaitos Origins should you see it - just as good.

The successor to this game is Eternal Sonata on the 360.  It has some of the same great music and general animation style.  If you have a 360, get it.  It is the best looking game on the 360 imo.

It is time for a new Baten Kaitoson the Wii - a must have for me.  Plus a DS game would also make me very happy.

I played it once but never took the opportunity to buy it when I had the chance. Not a bad buy for 10 bucks.

I was up near the end of the game where you can go to the "optional-but-not-really" dungeons and then my GameCube memory card corrupted all of the files on their and it broke my damn heart.

Yeah, I liked it, but it was kinda weird, still need to finish it. It's definitely a must own GC game.

Oh man, you got even further than me.  It is not a short game either.  I learned from that experience to back up my truly favourite games  on an extra card for my sanity.

actually, from my understanding there is/was a DS game

I've been playing the game on and off for a few months after putting it down three years ago. I want to finish it but i have so many other games to play that i never commit myself to it. It is a lot of fun though
