It looks like you get a Steam key but both games have GFWL, if that's a deal-breaker.

Already have, there was a thread on this before.

BUT in this case I would hardly call it a problem because more people need to know about this. I really like Arkham Asylum, I bought this pack and can't wait to play Arkham City when mid-semester break starts next week.

In the meantime, it's worth noting that the FEAR Ultimate pack or some name like that is also $10 at the moment; all three FEAR games are included (1, its expansions, 2, and 3.
