I am really enjoying Battleborn. Now let me state that I have tried MOBA ass MOBA games and just could not get into them. I can not be the only one right? It seems like this game is not getting much attention which is sad. I am playing on Xone my Gamer tag is KoRn NuttZ if anyone is interested in playing

I've been enjoying it on PC - Steam name of DeathTrap. Seems fun - not fantastic by any means, but still enjoyable.

It's a really fun game, or at least the competitive side of things is. The story stuff is mediocre and mostly comprises of escort or wave survival missions, with a half-assed plot and just some awfully unfunny humour. And I say that as someone that thinks Borderlands 2 is rather funny, most of the time. The animated cutscenes that bookend the story are decent, though.

Fortunately I really happen to enjoy the competitive modes, to which I had already played a ton of thanks to the bizarrely generous beta that ran in April. The characters are of course the most important part of the package and every one of the 25 feel unique and distinctive from the next. I'd say there's enough variety of characters that there's quite possibly somebody for everyone, so long as this is a game they can enjoy at all in the first place of course. Honestly though i think this makes a pretty lousy first impression. The story stuff sucks, and the competitive can feel utterly chaotic enough to where it can prove difficult to have a grasp of things. However, all things considered Battleborn is significantly more accessible than any proper MOBA and really only tends to sprinkle a few MOBA influences over a first-person shooter, rather than being an out and out MOBA to even the likes of Paragon.

Once I played enough and learnt the characters, suddenly the battleground actually started to make sense. I began recognising just what crazy AOE ability does what and was conducted by whom. And it's been really satisfying to make sense of the madness. Of course it takes time, but you can say that about many other competitive games, especially games like Dota or League, to which generally require you to actually research how the game is played via youtube tutorials and what not.
