I preordered the deluxe edition digitally(xbox), then cancelled my pre-order as I liked it but not enough to buy full price. Well, I got my $74.99 back and pre ordered a different game. I got curious last night and just looked at the regular edition page, andbit said install instead of $59.99. I don't share my live with anybody and my xbox isn't second hand.

Anybody else have something like this happen, kind of scared to install the game as it maybe flag me and charge me.... Or do I pretty much through the fault of xbox support own the game accidentally?

@mrhadouken: I have never had that happen but if the game says install then you own the game. Go ahead and try installing it and see what happens. You won't be charged though.
