I was a person that really wasn't impressed that much with the first bad company ( except for the sounds which I love) so I downloaded the demo to BC2 not expecting much and it has replaced my free time that MW2 used to take up. In the the 20 hours I've played this demo for I've had some pretty awesome moments. 
  Two recent ones both have to do with helicopters. I was sniping as an attacker and we made it to the last two points when the other team comes flying out of their base with the transport helicopter with one person manning each minigun shooting at my team. So I decide to take a shot at the  helicopter pilot just for the heck of it while it was flying speedily horizontal from me so i shot ahead of it and well what do u know I got a marksman headshot and the helicopter slowly fell right out of the sky and i guess the gunners were too dumb to jump out as they both died from the explosion. 
  Another cool moment was when the other team had an apache helicopter and as it sped overhead shooting missiles at me I shot a tracer dart at it and tagged it while all the missiles blew up around me but I survived and pulled out my rpg, locked on as he flew away and fired. It was beautiful watching the rocket chase after the helicopter and then destroying it giving me a double kill. 
 I'm sure everyone else has had some amazing moments in this amazing game. So please share yours too.

That snipe sounds nasty. I've sniped some players off the 4-wheeler but not a helicopter.

Entered a new room. Spawned on squadmate. Were attacking. He was on his way to crate Alpha on maptier 1. As he rigged the crate, I went for the little natural 'bunker' hidden in the forrest. Was playing sniper. Saw a shit-ton of people running to the house. Was sure I couldn't snipe them all. Time for decisive action. Rigged a nearby abandoned ATV with my 3 sticks of C4 and crashed it right into the doorway of the house with crate Alpha in it. Proceeded to blow it skyhigh. 6 kills at once and 50 bonus points for damaging the crate. Was a suicide bombing though. Funny thing is. A squadmate spawned on me while I was riding the ATV into the house. Since Friendly Fire is off in the demo (it will be on in Realism mode in the full game), he survived and rigged the crate again. I spawned on him and we successfully defended the position until objective Alpha was ours. That was one insanely epic jihaad jeeping!
 
Runnersup: Cleared the construction site on maptier 1 from an entire squad, which had infiltrated us. Was sniper. Oneshot/Twokills noscope on two dudes. Noscope another one and knifed the last. Great stuff. Actually pulled out my pistol out of reflex to finish off the guy behind the guy and emptied half a clip into his corpse, before it clicked and I realized, that I oneshot/twokilled them.

I had this awesome moment where i almost got a beta key but then never did....im bitter

My best moment, must have been when I sniped a guy as he was about to get in the tank in the other side of the map. Then I looked further on, missed a sniper who was camping and accidentally headshot the same guy as he spawned behind the sniper.
 
Another fun moment was when I was sniping again and defending, I got a headshot on a guy who was parachuting in, I've managed to hit 8 people so far, I like to see how many I can headshot and I've only managed to get one down by headshot so far on their jump.

Sprinted through a crossfire and a missile zips past my face and blows up the tank to the left of me. That was, yeah. MAN.

For me, it's just a string of events. Basically, I destroyed 5 objectives in 5 minutes in one life, playing assault, and got maybe 20 kills along the way.
 
Specifically, I had a giant Sparta moment defending the bomb on the 5th crate. Inside of maybe 10 seconds I grenade launchered someone, fired my entire magazne into the second, grenaded the third, stabbed the fourth, got shot and died, got revived by someone, stabbed my killer in the face, picked up his Medic kit, and shot the 6th and 7th people before a tank blew me up and the crate exploded. (Foley: Remember, picking up someones gun, ammo, grenades and equipment is always faster than reloading!)

I had two incredible moments in the same game. The first was when my friend and I were attacking, and he decided to drive the jeep. We zoomed right down the hill, into the base, all the while as I'm in the back launching grenades and shooting like a mad man. We broke into one of the houses with a bomb as it blew up, sending us into a fence. It was EPIC. The whole time, we were just laughing our asses off. Reminded me of the stories on Rebel FM about Anthony and Tyler banana riding in GTAIV multiplayer. 
 
The other was a simple, douchey, but comedic moment. 90% of people I see don't realize where and how to use the UAV helicopter (the computer at the beginning of  the first attacker's base). I was going up to use it, but it was not ready, and 4 guys came up behind me waiting to use it. I decided to stand there and get knifed by my team, and I finally decided to drop C4 and blow us all up. If I don't get the UAV, nobody gets it. Felt like such a dick move, but watching them try to run away and fail was just wonderful.

Just shot down an Apache with a RPG without even scoping the RPG,

Drove in round the back of a sniping nest on a four wheeler, ran up the ramp and stabbed 4 dudes in the back. That was fun :D

I once did 420 points with a single rocket.

Yesterday, me and one other guy were defending this room (A) as we were waiting for it to blow up. We were both medics, and we fought off a ridiculous amount of enemies. Whenever one of us died, the other revived. This went back and forth for a while (longer than it should have, one enemy had snuck in and disarmed it). Somehow, we survived through all that chaos and moved on to B. It was amazing.

There's a chart DICE posted with all the vehicles and it explained that with the single shot sniper rifles (the Msomethingsomething) you can shoot people in a transport helicopter. We were getting nailed and at the last two bases when the enemy's transport heli came flying in with 4 people. I got to a roof and shot the heli. I saw a guy fall from the sky. I proceed to do it 3 more times and see the helicopter swirling to its death in the distance. EPIC 

I haven't been following the game much (besides playing the demo), but does anyone know if this game will ship with some kind of recording feature? There are too many awesome moments and they need to be seen by the world!

Seeing people crash helies right when they take off is pretty humorous.

when I joined a game, i was on Attackers and I just fell into the map.  I kinda expected my Parachute to already be open because thats what happened every other time.  But I just fell and died.  It was pretty funny and if anyone saw it, i am sure it would have been hilarious.
Incidentally, what are the parachuting controls?

Bravo on the second tier, I had just rigged it to blow and sat crouching behind the stairs. Around 5 guys come in to defuse it and I grenade/spray them all, with the grenade blowing a hole in the wall. Then I look through where the wall used to be and there is a tank aiming at me, so I jump out the building right as it fires at me, bringing the house down behind me. Tense moment.

Me and my friend were in a helicopter, and I asked if the gunner had alternate fire, so I tried it out, and a little tracer dart came out. 
 
So then we saw a jeep driving down the road to the base going really fast, I fired my tracer dart and got it right on the back.
 
My pilot fired his hellfire and it directed itself onto the jeep and KABOOM!! The jeep exploded and we got 4 kills.

I'm colour blind so sometimes I have extreme difficulty telling which enemies are which. Anyways, I'm running up to that four story sniper-camp spot at the end of the map, dodging crossfire and rockets (I'm an attacker), because the snipers are tearing the attackers a new one. I sneak up the the side, climb up the stairs, and then promptly kill three or four snipers, and climb to the top of the roof. My brother is in the room, and he yells at me which people to shoot to hit the enemy team (because, again, I can't tell) with my assault rifle. The amount of deaths allows four guys from my team to get far enough in on ATVs to blow up at least one of the control points.
 
Good stuff.

 couple of moments. one was me sniping the helicopter pilot of one of the helicopters which carry more that just two people. i think there were 3. anyways it went down without anyone noticing that the pilot had died. and it blew up. 
 
The second was great. I had snuck ahead and was using one of the stationary guided rockets. right after i fired a rocket, the tank i was aiming at was destroyed by someone else. as to preserve my rocket, i aimed in the sky unil i could find another target. then the rocket lost control and just went off in a different direction. after about 20 seconds, i got

i ended up getting -150 for a stray rocket that blew up a house 3 of my friendly snipers were in. i laughed    

1. Using a tank to takeout the copter.  Always nice!
 
2. Paddle shocking enemies to death.
 
3. killing the pilot of a copter with my sidearm (I think that was a bug though) as he was starting the copter on the ground.

I have a great entire game moment, going 43-4 (10.75 K/d) getting all 43 kills with the T-90 heavy tank. Ended up with 14k Score at the end of the game (5k combat score).
 
That's not the best part, I shot down every single apache helicopter with the T-90 (4 of them) Without missing too much (1-3 shots per helicopter) and also got the transport helicopter on the final leg.  Had to be one of the best BF games of my life. Was flawless.

Funny enough you mention sniping a chopper pilot, i was amassing a kill streak on the next game when an attacking defending shot me in the face through my apache windshield, only for me to scream at my friend in my house to press F1 so the chopper doesn't fall to the ground.
