I enjoy alot of the maps, but my favourite has to be the demo map Port Valdez. It seems so well balanced and their is ample amounts of decent cover too. I also love Nelson Bay and Africia Harbor.

Favourite Bad Company 2 Map?
I have 12 hours of play-time, but I still feel like I do not know the maps too well. I played 60 hours on Port Valdez, and it is a pretty good map in terms of flow. That jungle map called Valispiro is fun with all the blackhawks, and that autumn one isla incocldes or w/e is fun.
Atacama conquest is a lot of fun because I like helis :)
Arica Harbor and White Pass are my current favorites.
I fucking HATE Nelson Bay though. That map is my easily my least favorite of all of them, and almost every Rush game I get into is on that map. It really pisses me off.

All that i ever see happening is the entire attacking team using the recon class with the mortar strike and bombing the hell out of everything that moves, because it's such a small map.
Arica Harbour, absolutely! That map has so beautiful scenery. Also, there is a lot of vehicles in the beginning of the map if you play rush. But the part of the map which squad deathmatch mode plays out is terrific, if not the best in the map. I also like Port Valdez very much.
Good sir, I dont mean this as an insult, but damn you. You just reminded me of that horrible, horrible game. 2142 is just the worst!

There are quite mixed opinions out there. Some love it more than even BF2. 'Titan Mode' sounds awfully difficult to grasp but extremely awesome once you figured it out. Also - the unlock system must have been quite advanced for the time. Did the CoD 4 thing way before CoD 4.
I'm quite certain BF 2142 is the kind of game, you got to really put your teeth into before it gets awesome, but then it really rocks.
That might be. I really didnt have the patience for it. Thats not usually how I am when it comes to games. I had a blast crawling my way through Cryostasis for example. But I guess 2142 requires a different kind of patience. A very different kind... The unhuman kind in fact! ;)
Port Valdez is the only map i have seemed to play so far really. Played another, but it was not as good. Bear with me it's the first day i played this game :P

Go play the Project Reality mod for BF2. You'll be pulling your hair out as you try to figure out how to stop bleeding to death.
"Panama Canal. "
worst map in the history of bad company games. valspara or however you spell it the jungle map with black hawks is easily the best!
I hate Port Valdez, the entire map pisses me off for some reason even if I'm on the winning side.
<3 Africa Harbour
My favorite is definitely Nelson Bay. I also like Port Valdez because I spent so much time with it in the demo. Valparaiso is also a very fun map to play on.
