M60 with a 4X scope.

XM8 is clearly the best.

I'm really curious to see how this turns out. I think we all know the most/least used LMG's but I wanna see how bad it really is.
 
I use to use the M60 (it's way Overpowered) but have since switched to the MG36 and MG3 because I don't wanna be one of "those guys". Not that there's anything wrong with it, I just like to mix it up. I voted M60 though because I'll still pull it out if the match needs it.

M60 is only really over-powered when it's used with the mgnmm ammo.
 
I have not upgraded my Medic much yet but the SAW is pretty nice.

m60 avec 4x. If I feel I'm pwning noobs I might switch to the xm8.

I use the T-88.

I use the T-88 because I like its iron sights. I don't mean to brag, but I'm a pretty fucking incredible shot, so I make damn good use of those 200 bullet clips. And then I use the perk slots for giving my health packs more utility.
 
Haven't explored anything further down the line yet because their iron sights don't appeal to me as much.

XM8, for sure. After learning how overpowered the M60 truly is (it is going to get rebalanced, though), I weened myself off of it and fell in love with the XM8. Not looking back.

I just unlocked the M60 and I'm going to use it for a while and when I feel guilty enough... I'll switch to another gun.

I use the M60 because it's the only medic gun up until that unlock point that doesn't take twenty fucking bullets to kill someone

M60, but if I feel guilty, I use the M249.

M60 with a 4x scope and the LMG accuracy spec. I don't really like using magnum ammo with the gun.

M60 all the way. It's cheap, but until I unlock the MG3 it's what I'm gonna use. Btw, MG3 is the only unlock I have left. Getting the M16 was a bitch though, I don't like playing Assault.

I usually use a Shotgun (generally Saiga or USAS-12) or a G3 with the Medic, but on the off chance that I use an LMG, I use the M60.

the M60 of course. I suck at shooting anyways, so it all balances out.

M60. Used the PKM for a good while though even when i had unlocked all the others.

i prefer the xm8lmg

Seriously, nothing beats the awesomeness that is an M60 with the ACOG scope, I've gotten alot of kills with it

I actually played BC1 and loved the MG36, so I was going for that when I started the Medic, but whoh.......M60

Since I got the platinum star for the M60, I'm going with either the XM8 LMG or SAW. Both awesome guns. 
 
btw. the M60 will get a slight nerf with the next patch, according to the game's lead-designer's twitter, along with the M1911. AA vehicles will get a buff.

I use the M249. I have unlocked the Type 88, though I just find a high fire rate more beneficial. I don't aim to kill as a Medic. More to suppress so I can administer some revives. So the MG3 could be the LMG for me.

M60 with the red dot scope and the marksman upgrade. It's a bleedin' sniper rifle.

 The M60 is most definitly the most powerful gun in the game. Had all the guns in my hands for at least 100 kills. Hands down the most powerful gun in the game. Its damage per bullet is about on the level with the SVU semi-auto sniper rifle. "

I like the built-in scope on the MG36.

M60 with magnum ammo. Its seriously cheap, but hey if that's what it takes to kill someone and save my team, I'll take it.
 
Before being loving with the M249 SAW though.

XM8 with iron sights is my favorite. I've taken down more blackhawks with it in Hardcore than with sniper rifles and rockets combined.

I dunno,  http://www.giantbomb.com/battlefield-bad-company-2/61-25246/weapon-damage-charts/35-392339/  The G3 is on par with it in terms of per-bullet damage, and there are many guns that are on-par in terms of time-to-kill, and a couple that are actually faster. As for shotguns, if you are able to learn to handle them correctly with slugs, and a fairly decent at aiming without a scope, they are ridiculously powerful. "

 I've stuck with the pmk with iron sights. Am I doing something wrong? gotta try this m60

Type 88 because I love the iron sites and little recoil. The last gun I unlocked was the MG36, I used it for a game but I don't get the scope, it's just a fat circle! Maybe I just can't see the dot or something.

I was using the M60, but got a platinum star with it so i moved on to the Type 88.

The XM8 LMG is the way to go. I use lightweight and ceramic armor for extra durability and speed. The reload speed is faster and the fire rate is just right for the greatest number of kills before needing to reload. Time is casualties!

M60 but its being nerfed :(

No shit it's the fuckin M60. That thing has nearly a third more kills than any other gun.
