So we bought a copy for our house and since the VIP code is attached to an individual account, only 1 of us can access the VIP content.  Why doesn't the VIP content download to the system like other downloadable items do?

Yep, if you want another account to be able to access the additional maps in the game, you have to buy the VIP code for $15 I think in the EA store.

Can't you make multiple soldiers per one account? Wouldn't that solve your issue?

No you can't do that.  One multiplayer account per Live account.

And it is really shitty that only one person on the same machine can access this.  It was the same with the Mass Effect 2 stuff, but at least with that, the content was usable by the other person, just not the Cerberus Network.  Dragon Age seemed to do it best and I wish all of EA's other games would use that specific system.

You gotta buy the code using the other account. You bought one copy which has one code for one account. You can either share accounts or get a new code.

Welcome to the future of anti-consumer bullshit. Now you don't even really own the content on the disc anymore. Pathetic.

    I think its fine.

Just buy another VIP code. There is no REAL reason to complain.

You bought ONE copy and got ONE code.

    You sir are the problem.

This is a slippery slope. Pretty soon you might find yourself saying, "You bought the game only ONCE, you only need to play it ONE time. Go purchase another game time voucher!"

So you want the content of a game twice..and only have to pay for it once? I will never however pay to play a game more then once.

Just link the other Gamertag with the EA account. The VIP code is linked to the EA account. Should work, if not ask the EA support to do it.

Better yet, tell EA support the code you got was already used.
