    I downloaded the multiplayer demo of the original BC for PS3 the other day and couldn't connect to the EA servers. Did they pull the plug on it or is it related to them having problems right now? Also, do demos and expansions count towards increasing your veterancy level?

    the first bad companys demo was taken offline like 2 months after the game came out if i remember....

    Thanks, I didn't know they could do that. Maybe Sony should take them out of the store if so? They are over 1GB each; it's kind of a bummer to download them and find out you can't do anything with them.
