    Hey I have a question. When you finish the game on Very Easy or Easy, and go on to do Normal, do the LP still drop for the weapons like the Whip or Rocket Launchers while playing through, or do you have to play it from scratch on Normal? Cause it seems that some items down spawn on those easier difficulties.

    Everything spreads across all difficulties, meaning that if you unlocked something on normal, it is availble to use on hard or easy, assuming you are working off the same save file. Also, anything you didn't already get is still available for you to acquire on other difficulties. 
     
    Aside from that, you can use the telephone cheats and unlock all the weapons
