Bernackels' Shoggoth is a hide and seek style game. It is an asymmetrical multiplayer stealth game (4vs2), where the seekers try to find the keys while the hunters try to find and catch the seekers. There are many kinds of clues a player can leave behind if he is not careful enough. Almost all of the environment is intractable. All items are simulating physics and can be thrown, morphed into or used as a special skill. The Hunters start in the middle of the map and can only enter one of the four rooms through the shutters. A hunter can only catch seekers. To catch seekers, hunters use their fiery breath. The Seekers start in the far north and/or south of the map. From there, two rooms are accessible through the front doors. Seekers need to hide from the hunters while searching for the keys. The Environment will react if players are moving too fast; lamps explode in sparks, wooden floors will crumble or a variety of sounds will be triggered.
