So I started it last night on normal but found the collectible walk through . Should I go back and just throw it on easy and see the story and get all the cellec or should I just play it on normal difficulty wishing to finish it between today and tomorrow thanks guy and happy new year baby another year dead and gone.

I don't really understand your question, but I played through Binary Domain on Easy just to see the story. Let's be honest, the gameplay is not exactly where the game shines. And the enemies are extremely bullet-spongy, even on Easy. I don't want to imagine how much damage they can soak up on higher difficulties.

It's fine on normal, no problem.

The bossfights are a drag, but the moment to moment combat is fun and not terribly hard. The robots break apart in a really satisfying way.

The combat is fine in the game but as others have said the enemies can be real bullet sponges. If you don't mind not having a challenge then I would say easy is a fine way to go. Also for future reference, post questions about a specific game in that game's forum not in general discussion.

It was never difficult on normal. Once I upgraded my weapon (was there any benefit of upgrading other squad members weapons?), robots would easily break apart. Like butter.

Play it on normal. The combat is fun and at least half of what makes the game good. The story isn't bad just cheesy. Some think in a good way to be fair. NPC's are the best part of the story imo. And no prob beating it in two sessions.
