Starting the 4th of July. It is Steam redeemable, so don't download it from Amazon. Just copy the cd key, and register it on Steam. Don't let Big Bo down.
Binary Domain
Game » consists of 10 releases. Released Feb 28, 2012
A group of international soldiers take on an army of rogue androids in this sci-fi shooter set in 2080's Tokyo.
PSA: PC version will be $10 on Amazon.
@SackmanjonesOh wow thanks for the tip! I'm very closely watching steam for a discount too. But as each day goes by that 40 dollars gets closer and closer to leaving my bank account...Give me a witcher discount! Damnit!I believe they're still trying to work something out with CD Projeckt to sell it on Amazon digitally. Otherwise, keep an eye on GOG, after all, CD Projeckt OWNS that site!
I'm already deep in this sale (darkness 2 syndicate and spec ops) gonna try the demo before jumping into this one
For any Canadians who want a piece of this hot action, you need to have an American address on your account. Simply delete your current address that's on your Amazon account and put in an American business address or something. You may need to contact your credit card company and let them know because they might flag it as suspicious since it isn't your registered address.
Quick question, will they e-mail the key for the game and I just enter that into Steam? I don't want to mess something up and have it start installing the game on whatever amazon uses and not be able to use the key for Steam.

Ugh, any American's willing to help a Canadian Giantbomber? I tried to buy but it's just not letting me. PM if you'd be willing to help, thanks.

Someone gave me a link to the game for 20 bucks so I picked it up. So many games to play but I went through the tutorial and man... First off I just got a new pc and really wanted to see the game and holy shit it looks great. Second of all the combat seems really awesome as does the world. Can't wait to get to it@hwy_61 said:

Yeah I put it aside for a couple months but got to it. It's really good once you get into it and not at all as difficult as people make it seem.

I can't see it either now. But I bought it late last year and it shows up in my order history. I guess they took it down at some point.
Just finished it tonight, totally exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth 10 bucks if anyone is on the fence for this deal.
Just gonna piggyback on this thread and say if you didn't pick it up earlier, it's $13.59 for the next 6 hours on Steam. If you haven't picked it up yet, you definitely should. It's a fantastic game that deserves more attention.

What's the state of the multiplayer like? That's the only reason I'm still on the fence about purchasing Big Bo Simulator 2012.

@Ravenlight: Totally dead. Dunno why you'd be concerned about that though because come on, that's not why you anyone would play this game.
It has multiplayer-only achievements. I won't be able to move it to the much-coveted 100% Complete category in my Steam list :/

@Ravenlight: If that's what's holding you back from playing a good game then just stop playing games because obviously you hate fun.
I totally do hate fun but my primitive monkey brain loves the bright, flashy stimuli that vidjagaymez provide.
I've started playing it, and I dig it. I do find it very weird that the game tells you nothing about the premise - unless I wasn't paying attention. Namely, this stuff I found on wikipedia:
In the early years of the 21st century, global warming has caused world wide flooding, leaving three quarters of the world's cities uninhabitable, forcing the world governments to build new cities above the waterlines, using the ruined cities as foundation, leaving them to rot. With millions dead, robots were used as the main labor force to create the new cities. The America-based Bergen company rose to dominate a very large majority of the world's robotic industries, making America the world superpower.
I was all like 'why is Japan a post-apocalyptic robotland' and I had to google it. It seems like the game has an interesting way to tell a story I guess.

I don't know how, but I understood all this by the time I was like 5 hours in without googling anything. It's in there somewhere.
