I just ordered this game off of amazon. I'm curious to know how people are enjoying the online. Anyone having any fun with it?

Fun with Singleplayer? Yes. The multiplayer is a waste of time. It works but there are just better 3rd person shooter multiplayer games to play online if you want online play.

the versus MP is pretty bland and forgettable but im actually having a lot of fun with "invasion", the game's horde mode equivalent.

It's generic and lacks the imagination present in the single player. Not horrible but if you've played a shooter online before it doesn't do anything to really hook you into playing it over other games.

Sounds like it should have been better off with Co-op modes. I'm surprise the developers didn't add it in.

Good to know. It would have been cool if they had a campaign co-op mode but it is what it is. I can't wait for this game to come to my apartment next week. I choose this over mass effect 3. I have a feeling I'm going to enjoy the campaign more then in mass effect 3.

I got this game and I played the multiplayer. The single player so far is fucking aswome. As for the online It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Like everyone else says it doesn't do anything special. But for what it is I did enjoyed playing it.

I really want to like invasion but the mechanics make that mode brutal. 
 
No team revives?
Lose any equipment when i die even if the team finishes the round? 
Very limited ammo pickups?
 
It makes it so you have to play very deliberately and careful which isn't very fun unless you know your playing with people who have that same sentiment. 
 
I don't see how a bunch of randoms could make it through 50 waves. It requires too much strategic coordination

I haven't played invasion mode yet. Everytime I try to get into a game I'll get kicked, or the host won't start the match. I try to create my own match but it takes along time for it to start up.
