Nathan "Rad" Spencer returns with the ability to jump and a snazzy moustache, in order to face an evil general bent on launching a missile strike.
Bionic Commando is the follow-up to the NES classic of the same name. The game revolves around the protagonist's bionic arm used for swinging, and combat.
Bionic Commando Rearmed is a remake of the classic NES game, Bionic Commando. Although it was designed mainly as a marketing tie-in to the 360 and PS3 game also called Bionic Commando, it was actually far, far better received by critics than the real console game.
Unrelated storywise to the 1987 original or its 2009 sequel, Bionic Commando: Elite Forces introduces two heroes battling to save the land of Karinia from the evil forces of Arturus. Swing and shoot your way through this game to stop Arturus!
The Game Boy version of Bionic Commando is technically the third in the series but is not a direct sequel. A remake of the N.E.S. Bionic Commando, but with a futuristic look, a different villain and light gameplay tweaks, all while keeping the level design nearly identical.
Bionic Commando follows hero Rad Spencer as he fights through enemy territory to rescue fellow commando, Super Joe.
Swinging side scrolling run-and-gun by Capcom that would start an entire franchise. Ported to many of the computers of the day.
