    I'm pretty far into this game and I don't think I'll be able to power up all my abilities. Is there a "New Game +" at the end when I finish the storyline?

    No it does not. Sorry dude. Your not supposed to be able to power them all up. Your supposed to pick and choose. THe amount of adem is limited.
