I have reading reviews and watching stuff about Bioshock 2, and everyone is spoiling it! Anyone else finding this problem?

So stop reading reviews and watching stuff about the game? You can't honestly expect to do all of that without learning something about the story. 
 
Also, your Little Sister being Sophia Lamb's daughter is definitely not a spoiler. That's established within 10 minutes of starting up the game.

holdup, so this is a known fact?   I took it as him trying to be clever and witty with it, and spoiling the story at the same time. "

No, neither are spoilers. They both happen at the beginning of the game.
