So I was having a talk with a friend about what we consider the "theme song" of Bioshock Infinite to be. In out minds, Beyond The Sea is the clear theme for the original game, and then outside of that you have things like I Don't Want To Set The World On Fire for Fallout 3 and Blue Moon for New Vegas. So what do you guys think the "theme song" was for Infinite?

I'm pretty decided on it being God Only Knows. That song just perfectly encapsulates the story the game is trying to tell in my mind, especially when you hear it song through that barbershop quartet. Hit all the right notes for me, so to speak.

Ah man, I probably would have included that, just forgot. I think there was also an REM song in the game I forgot to add.

"Will the circle be unbroken" is, for me, the one which hits closest to the core plot of the game - and the one which shows up during the most memorable scenes of the game to boot.

In the part which is about the death of Lady Comstock, it's Lacrimosa - aside from that I can't remember anything from that scene. The only two choir tracks I know that are in the game are Lacrimosa and Will The Circle Be Unbroken.

    HELL YES

i think that's probably the crowning moment in a game filled with crowning moments. it was just so subversive, yet awesome, and perfectly re-appropriated.

I picked Beast because I just really like that song and Infinite introduced me to it. It also kinda fits the game quite well.

Fortunate Son was one of the many times that i can remember where I stopped and just... listened. Bombs going off in the background, but one voice just singing "It ain't me, it ain't me..."

One of the higher points of the game.
