    Overview

    Blacklight is a 2D fighting game developed by Okaemon for Windows PCs, released on December 29, 2022. The game has a roster of six characters and it has an overall medieval fantasy theme, but with some modern trappings such as guns, boxing gloves, and sunglasses.

    Roster

    • Bouncer - A large, bald man who fights with slow, hard-hitting attacks. He wears sunglasses and a suit and tie, as well as boxing gloves. His sprite is also drawn differently than the other characters, and between his attire and art style, sticks out among the roster.
    • Cornell - A character resembling a Belmont from Castlevania, brandishing a whip and able to summon a holy rain, with his Level 3 super even being called Vampire Killer.
    • Dan - A blonde gunslinger who can power up his bullets.
    • Ein - The game's only female character, she is a cyclops who throws boomerangs and can remotely control one as well.
    • Helios - A sword and gunfighter who has a separate meter that can be used to perform EX moves.
    • Syuichi - A swordfighter with counter moves.
