With Diablo in development, Blizzard aquired and renamed the company and Diablo was released to an amazing success. Although two games were in development by 2003, a significant amount of employees took leave to form other companies such as Flagship Studios (now defunct as well after the flop Hellgate:London) Click Entertainment (Closed down after the lack of financial success of Throne of Darkness) and Castaway Entertainment.
