Bolo Santosi is the leader of the revolutionary army known as the 'Reapers'. The group has been active in Panau in attempts to overthrow the corrupt leader, one 'Baby Panay'. Santosi unintentionally became one of the most popular aspects of Just Cause 2 because of her voice actress' terrible performance, notably including consistently incorrectly pronouncing the word "comrade".
