    I need a definitive answer about the Duke code, etc to make sure all that stuff is included with the PC GOTY, and if I need to buy a boxed copy or not.

    Steam versions of Borderlands, GOTY or not have the code for the Duke first access now. Do not know when the demo is going to go live though.    
    If you have it on steam right click on the game and view the dlc codes, their should be one for DNF listed.  Then register at http://www.dukenukem.com/access/.
