    wow this was bad

    I suppose my biggest complaint about this game is repetitiveness and no story. why anyone would find shooting spawn points over and over till they get a level exciting is beyond me. the best part of the game is the art besides that its 
    just predictable guns and lame story and repetitive game play.  I attempted to play through this game but found that 
    even WOW had better quests lines then this junk. I could see playing this game with mates but by yourself?  No way I'd rather play gothic 3 then this junk, just shooting thinks over and over and over doesn't appeal to me, might be worse then modern warfare but not worse then Halo.

    Ya, I don't know what other people around here are smoking but you're right, this game sucks. I rented it, and it took me 1 1/2 days to realize that it is some half-assed multiplayer game, but why anyone would want to play this with someone online is beyond me. Its not like it has some team deathmatch with 32 players blasting each other. No, just 4. And you kill spawns, ad nauseum. Recipe for fun, indeed.

      Borderlands is a game that tries hard but ultimately falls by the wayside.  The problem, ultimately, is that the game is essentially a B title.  It's right in the middle of the B range, which typically refers to titles that are OK but not excellent.   It makes a number of valiant attempts to elevate itself above the B status but ultimately fails.  Borderlands has a number of original aspects.  It has a rather gorgeous graphics style, with art reminiscent of comic book and artists like Moebius.  ...

      Now then, this is going to be a speed review, i'll mention some good points and some bad points and then draw a conclusion.  The good-shit: -Has an awesome attitude  -Great visuals -Lots o' Loot -A great shooter, at it's core  The bad-shit: -Story? -Repetitive (includes voice over work, enemies, etc...)-Horrible ending  All in all I will say this, it wasn't great but it wasn't bad.
