@thatbendorf: Here's some instruction on how to get the discount if the original was redeemed on steam. Two possible methods.
Once the game is installed in Steam, right click the game in the list, view cd Key. Open Origin, click Your Game Library, Add A Game (top right) then paste the key and you'll be eligible for the discount
or
A few other games also do this, on the game's page in your Steam library, there are links to the right which include Discussions, DLC etc. There should also be a link saying CD Key. You can then use that key on Origin to redeem it.
Then to claim the discount, click that banner that says "Burnout veterans blah blah blah..." or \:
I did it from the main origin page, hovering over the burnout image and it said "save now" in the button on it.
Is it worth it though? I mean is it that much better looking than the original? I've seen the comparison shots they have on the game's site and it doesn't look all that much of an improvement, plus the "Ultimate Box" I have on steam runs great, plus plus this one I'd have to use origin for...
There's a lot of stuff I can get for 5 bucks (specially considering the exchange rates for my currency...)
