    I've been playing this game again, attempting to break all the road rules. I was wondering whether the game requires you to beat the scores/times of your online friends or whether you just need to beat the on disc ones.

    I'm pretty sure it is just the on disc times that you have to beat.

    Yeah, it's just the offline road rules from the disc. That would be way too frustrating if it included online friends.
