I never understood why people hated the dogs in WaW. They were easy to kill. And I bet that in Black Ops when they're called in, not as many are released.

Attack dogs are the most annoying things IN THE VIRTUAL WORLD. Why o why o why did they have to come back?

I feel like everyone that is complaining about the Attack Dogs are campers. The attack dogs help to sniff out campers I think specifically, while also just being a nuisance to the rest of the team. Personally I love that they are making a come back in Black Ops, although I wish that they would have removed more of the "attack helicopters" from MW2, those things pissed me off.

Not sure how I feel about it. Thought attack dogs were done and gone with. At least its one of the more higher tiers. Attack dogs are easy enough to kill as long as you've got a sidearm or some automatic weapon, they did make for an interesting game to follow the dog to chase after the enemy.

They were annoying little piss-ants, but as an 11-killstreak, that's not too awfully bad.  I'd say the helicopter gunner in MW2 is probably more powerful.

I wish hardcore mode had no kill streak rewards, or explosives. It'd be so much more fun.

You also have to remember that kills earned via killstreaks no longer add towards your next killstreak reward. So for 11 kills with only conventional means I think its a pretty good one.
 
And I think the name for killstreak-less game types are called 'barebones', I think it doesn't have perks as well. Never played it myself so don't quote me on that.

People are actually complaining about the dogs? Seriously, get a grip. 
 
Easy to kill, if they get on top of you, get your timing down, it's the exact same every time.

Dogs are easy to kill, but the real problem comes with your opponent tracking your ass down with the dogs and killing you with their help.  I also HATE dogs in WaW, but let's look at some important facts:
 
Dogs are an 11 kill killstreak in Black Ops, instead of a 7 in WaW.  
 
As in MW2, killstreaks are customizable, so not everyone will be using the dogs.
 
Killstreaks in WaW don't count towards other killstreaks.  You can't kill three guys and then use your RC car to kill two more and get a level five killstreak.  You actually have to kill five guys with your own weapons.
 
 
All this adds up to the fact that you'll see FAR fewer dogs in Black Ops.

I thought the Dogs were one of the best kill streaks!  I rarely ever got killed by them or got many kills, I just think they are awesome.  I really don't have a problem with the killstreaks as long as they are balanced and people don't glitch the shit out of them

How could people have possibly had a problem with the dogs?  You could knife them with no problem.

Well, looks like I won't be enjoying this multiplayer either. Guess MW2 was my last CoD game then.

I'd rather have the dogs back than the fucking gang rape of air support in MW2.
